The project was to develop a LOD 350 3D Revit modeling of commercial buildings (Library and Bank building) along with parking spaces with the help of PDFs and CAD files for both existing and new construction phase using BIM 360 platform.
The project comprised of two major commercial buildings: a Library and a Bank building and a parking space.
Each building had new construction and existing construction phases. The existing buildings had to be demolished and the client provided us with the CAD files as well as photographs of these existing buildings. We had to develop an Architectural, Structural and MEP 3D Revit model of the existing and new buildings.
